Pioneer Square Flat

In a historic Pioneer Square building, this condo was remodeled to restore and enhance its rustic industrial details and improve the use of its space. The building’s Doug Fir posts and beams were stripped of paint to expose their character.
Old masonry hardware was also stripped to expose the aged metal. New cabinets, metal work, and fixtures were custom made to accentuate the flat’s well-worn uniqueness. Universal design process was followed to ensure proper access and function for the homeowners. This was a fun project that required our company to think innovatively to find solutions for the conditions of the old building. It also required us to solve complicated site access restrictions in order to complete our work efficiently.
